Welcome to TYGR Sushi Hand Roll Bar. We’re serving just-made hand rolls with warm nasi, crispy nori, and fresh fillings. Our rolls are designed to be eaten immediately after being served by our hand roll specialists and enjoyed with our signature sauces.

You can start with one of our set menus- go a la carte, make a bowl, or pair some tasty sides such as: karaage, edamame or handmade motchi ice cream sandwiches. An ice cold glass of draft beer, sake, or our signature green tea make it all go down easy.

It's been a while since I've went to this place but since I use to frequent here often (and now that I'm back and waiting for my food) I should leave a review It continues to be top notch in dish preparation, quality of fish (it's always busy when I go, so you know the fish turn around is high) and also atmosphere. (great date spot.) It's not the cheapest place in terms of local warungs, but the quality of food is definitely a worthwhile experience. Your meal starts with a cold towel delivered to the table which is very much appreciated here in Bali with all the hot weather. I can't comment on most of the menu, as I just stick to 3 items (their and rolls, their ramen, and their chicken kastu - they all hit the spot definitely on my mood, which is why I never told anything else - haha)read more

Eating here right now and very disappointed. Very limited menu options. From reviews we tried the Tygr roll and it was drenched in a sour sauce and made the entire roll taste awful. The green dragon roll was disappointing as well tasted like grocery store sushi. The tempura was in beer batter not regular tempura batter and it had a weird taste. Service is friendly but they don’t come check on the food at all so we weren’t able to ask for it remade. Came because of the good reviews but would not recommend. Bottle of water is expensive for the tiny size. Nice decor and vibe but not worth the money. Salmon roll was very fresh and good but only 4 pieces for 40k so not worth the price either.read more

Very impressed by the food and service. Servers were very accommodating. Menu was simple but delicious. My wife and kids truly enjoyed our dinner at Tygr Sushi.

Amazing sushi at super good prices. Love that they take care the beer is super cold served in cold glasses. Tyger roll was my favorite so far, but is all amazing

The sushi rice was not rolled tight enough, so they fell apart when I dipped it in shoyu. Some of the items that I ordered had too much fried onions/shallots. I understand that the chef is trying to make it fusion, but it was too much for my taste. Vegetable gyoza tasted a bit off.

I've been here many times over the years and the food is always amazing, but sometimes the service could be better. For example when I dined alone they kind of made an issue out of seating me at a table (I eat a LOT so the bar doesn't have enough space for all my food lol) and when I asked for the wifi, the waitress told me it wasn't working, but when I asked someone else there was no problem at all. Strange. But overall a very nice place with great food (not only sushi) and good prices!read more

Awesome rolls! Wasn’t a big fan of the fried onions on the crunchy roll, tasted like burnt onion. Only reason for dropping a star. Fish was fresh and tasty

I came for the sole purpose to try their poke bowl, and it was amazing. It tastes so good for me because the fish and toppings that they use tastes like sushi which I like. I ordered the tuna bowl and it comes with tuna, edamame, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, ginger, lettuce, avocado and fried wontons. And I love the sauce that they use.

The sushi is great, but the service can be pretty terrible when they’re busy. Took over forty minutes to receive the dish and had to ask for condiments three times before we got them. The music is also uncomfortably loud if you sit at the bar.

This place is great. 3rd time and it is consistently great. Sushi is great but cocktails are equally as amazing. Staff is wonderful. Their supervisor needs a raise. He made us feel at home there.

Best Katsu Curry I have ever had in my life. Pretty much living off of this, there is a jackfruit vegan option also that my girlfriend loves. The staff are always smiling and happy to help, great addition to the scene in the area !

Wow amazing sushi! Delicious sushi with a unique taste. I eat a lot of Sushi in Vancouver Canada and these rolls compared well. My only comment would be that the rolls are quite expensive compared to other restaurants around. Great sushi but high prices.

Best kare I've had so far in Bali. Friendly service, tight interior design, yummy food. Their hand rolled sushi is very good too. I especially liked the spicy California rolls (the one in the pictures). I must say their poke bowl was disappointing, it just didn't taste like I've come to expect poke to taste. Maybe it wasn't particularly good the day I ordered it, so I'm still giving it 5 stars.

Great food, excellent ambience, but the service was a mixed bag. Maybe it was just an off day for our server who seemed extremely bored and unenthusiastic. The value could've been a little better but it's about par for the course for this pricey section of Canggu.
